Instructor:

Adam Meakins

Adam is a Sports Physio, Clinical Lead, Extended Scope Practitioner, and S&C Specialist who works in both the NHS and private practice in the North London and Hertfordshire areas with over 15 years clinical experience. He has been a shoulder specialist for over 10 of these years and has worked in various settings including professional sport.

As a physio with a keen interest in the shoulder I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from some of the worlds leading ‘experts’ in my 20+ years of experience. However, the more I learned from them the more I found myself getting confused with their complicated and conflicting opinions, ideas, methods, and treatments which left me feeling frustrated. So I made a choice to go back to basics and soon realised that although painful shoulders are complex, they don’t have to be complicated!
