Our instructors:

Wojciech Cackowski (Anatomy Trains)

Physiotherapist, certified KMI therapist and certified teacher of Anatomy Trains. He was taught KMI Structural Integration Methods by Tom Myers, James Earls and many other teachers of this method in the world. His view of human anatomy and movement is based on his many years of experience working with patients and his own body, which suffered from severe scoliosis. Through his transformation, he better understood how to make changes in the bodily structure of people with whom he works. He uses movements based primarily on the practice of yoga, osteopathic visceral techniques and fascial work in water as well as on the therapeutic table.

Owen Lewis (Anatomy Trains)

Owen is an experienced Structural Integrator from the Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI) School. He runs a busy practice in the East of England. His diverse education includes undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in sports science, injury rehabilitation, sports psychology and teaching. Structural Integration was the next natural step in his search for long-term positive change within a holistic modality. He teaches with an enthusiasm and insight that is infectious with a relaxed, open style of teaching, allowing self-discovery as well as the understanding of precise technical detail.

Adam Meakins (The Sports Physio)

Adam is a Sports Physio, Clinical Lead, Extended Scope Practitioner, and S&C Specialist who works in both the NHS and private practice in the North London and Hertfordshire areas with over 15 years clinical experience. He has been a shoulder specialist for over 10 of these years and has worked in various settings including professional sport.

Katherine Pentecost

Movement came to Katherine’s life via a love of all things dance when she was growing up. This led her to Pilates and training to teach it shortly after graduating. Beyond the movement itself Katherine discovered a love for teaching and communicating which has allowed her to work with a diverse range of people, and she’s been fortunate to work with other teachers in an educator capacity too. She came across the work of Anatomy Trains & art of motion when seeking to deepen her understanding of functional anatomy to better help her clients. It was the ideal balance of science and soul, with practical applications which make the imponderable human body at least a fraction more comprehensible.
